According to the 2014 National Association of Realtors Home Buyer Profiles, home buyers still prefer to consult real estate agents when they are looking for dream homes or at least ideal homes within their price ranges. Nearly 90% still trust the expertise of the agents more than any other methods that are currently available. Why is this so?
